The holiday season is coming to a close and you have probably had about all the food and family you can handle! As we head into the New Year you may also be brainstorming ideas for improving your fitness and getting in shape this year. If you are stumped. then we have the answer for you. CrossFit is a fun, challenging way to learn more about yourself and improve your heath along the way.
These are 6 reasons why starting CrossFit should be your New Year’s resolution!

1) Did the athletes have a good workout?
2) Was it fun?
Our athletes are constantly learning new and different CrossFit exercises from the squat to the handstand push up. At CrossFit Critical Mass we always make sure it’s a good time.

Not all CrossFit trainers are created equal, and we have made sure that our Trainers are the best of the best. A good trainer will provide you with all the expertise you need in fitness, weightlifting, gymnastics, and running. Having a trained eye to teach and supervise CrossFit exercises is invaluable. Our trainers will make sure that you have all the tools and knowledge you need to achieve your fitness and health goals!
4 – CROSSFIT IS A GREAT VALUE
Personal training can cost you up to 100 dollars an hour. CrossFit training provides that same focused, in depth coaching for a fraction of the cost, without the awkwardness of a one on one personal trainer watching you like you are paint drying. The Foundations Program at CrossFit Critical Mass is a much better value for people in the Columbia, Laurel, and Burtonsville areas.
5 – THE CROSSFIT COMMUNITY
With CrossFit routines, you get more than a daily smoking at the gym, you get a community of athletes and friends. The CrossFit Critical Mass Community will provide you with motivation, recipes, support, and everything else you could possibly need to build a healthy life. The members here at CFCM will be the first to tell you that the gym has built friendships and relationships that will last a lifetime.
