We require new CrossFitters to attend our Foundations program before starting the gym’s CrossFit workouts. These classes provide you a solid basis in CrossFit exercises before you head into the more advanced CrossFit routines.
Foundations classes usually begin every Monday. Check the Foundations Schedule or email to find out when you can start.
If you have been trained at another CrossFit gym, we will contact your old coaches and evaluate your experience if you wish to be excused from Foundations. If our trainers feel you should attend the Foundations program, you will still be required to attend Foundations before training in the daily workout classes.
